Aerobot Labs is hiring an Admissions & Digital Marketing Executive in Chennai — WhatsApp lead conversion, Instagram reels, Meta ads. Base pay + per-admission incentive.

Responsibilities

• Respond to WhatsApp, Instagram and website leads within minutes; counsel, follow up and close admissions
• Shoot and edit reels at the flying field (CapCut / Canva / Premiere); post daily on Instagram, YouTube Shorts and LinkedIn
• Support Meta ad campaigns: creatives, lead sheets, click-to-WhatsApp follow-up
• Update course pages and blog on the website; basic SEO hygiene
• College visits, webinars and demo days with instructors

Qualifications

• Any degree, 0–2 years; freshers with a visible content portfolio accepted
• Sales temperament — comfortable on the phone in Tamil and English
• Hands-on with Canva, CapCut and Meta Business Suite
• Preferred: WordPress, Google Ads, photography or drone footage, Zoho CRM
• Offered: base pay plus per-admission incentive, subsidised accommodation, field travel paid
