Agri Drone Pilot – Tamil Nadu (10 Openings, DGCA RPC)

Aerobot Labs is hiring 10 agri drone pilots for spraying operations across Tamil Nadu. RPC holders join now; freshers are trained to DGCA RPC in-house.

Responsibilities

• Plan and fly spraying missions on 10 L / 16 L multirotor agri drones — field mapping, mission upload, obstacle survey, spray calibration
• Battery and generator management, pump and nozzle maintenance, daily flight logs
• Coordinate with farmers, FPOs and agriculture-department officers on site
• Transport and secure the drone kit between sites (LMV licence holders double as drivers)

Qualifications

• Cohort A (immediate joining): valid DGCA Remote Pilot Certificate, Small class rotorcraft (Medium class if operating above 25 kg AUW), 50+ logged agri spraying hours
• Cohort B (trainee pilots): 18–30 years, 12th / ITI / diploma / agriculture graduate; clears our aptitude and simulator screening; signs a 24-month training agreement — DGCA RPC training funded by the company
• Two-wheeler and willingness to travel across districts in season
• Tamil speaking; 10th pass minimum
• LMV driving licence is a plus — 3 of the 10 positions require it
• Offered: base salary plus incentive on a per-day spraying target, travel and stay on duty; growth path to Senior Pilot / Field Supervisor / Instructor
