Core curriculum

• Shared ground school — Drone Rules 2021 and DGCA regulations, airspace classification, principles of flight, ATC procedure, meteorology, risk assessment and safety management.
• Small category practical — Simulator orientation, pre-flight inspection, line-of-sight flight, controlled patterns, return-to-home and the DGCA practical test.
• Medium category practical — Rotorcraft operations, payload installation and use, handling 25–150 kg aircraft, autonomous mission planning and demonstration, and the final assessment.
